Substitute apple cider vinegar for the white vinegar, which will take your taste buds back to the early 1900's! 1 small head cabbage, shredded (or 1 head cauliflower, raw or cooked) Combine cabbage, onion, and carrot in salad bowl and chill. Combine remaining ingredients in batter bowl and whisk well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Whisk well. Microwave another 2-3 minutes, or until thickened. Pour over the vegetable mixture.
