1 small head cabbage, shredded (or 1 head cauliflower, raw or cooked)
Combine cabbage, onion, and apples in salad bowl and chill. Combine remaining ingredients in glass or ceramic batter bowl and whisk well. Cook in microwave 2 minutes. Whisk well. Cook another 2-3 minutes, or until thickened. Allow to cool a few minutes, and then pour over the vegetable mixture. Serve immediately, or chill completely.
