Chili Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's Place at

2 ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon pickling spices
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar

Chop vegetables and place in batter bowl with remaining ingredients. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then on half power for 30-50 minutes, or until the right consistency. Serve with meats and chicken.
