1 pound fresh prawns, deveined and peeled
Wash and devein the shrimp by slitting down the back with a sharp knife and pulling out the vein. Remove the shell, if desired, but leave at least some of the shell on the tail. Set aside. In batter bowl, combine butter, olive oil, and garlic. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 1-2 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook! Serve immediately, or chill and serve as an appetizer with a salad, etc.
