Use peaches or apricots or really ripe pears and drizzle over wedges of freshly sliced cantalope and garnish with snipped cilantro. Use as a dip for crackers, chips, vegetable sticks...I make this often with various fruits of the season and it is always wonderful. The fruit must be very ripe, sweet and soft for best results. 2 very ripe peaches or other fresh fruits of the season Put the very ripe fruit and garlic in food processor with steel chopping blade in place.
