Appetizers, or salad companion, or side dish with main dishes! apricot halves Preheat broiler. Place apricot halves on non-stick pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with a little butter, if desired. Broil for several minutes, or until apricots are hot and sugar is starting to caramelize. Arrange on serving platter and place a mozzarella ball in each.
