Horseradish Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Make a standing rib roast or grill a couple of steaks and serve on a bed of greens with this fabulous sauce.

1/4 cup horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon prepared English mustard (or any favorite mustard)
a pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup whipping cream

Mix all ingredients except the cream, and then whip the cream and fold it into the other ingredients. Chill until needed.
