Fresh Sausage for Sliders or Patties

1 pound ground pork or turkey meat
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. To make patties, use about 1/4 cup sausage mixture for each patty. Heat saute pan or skillet, add a little olive oil and cook sausage patties 2-3 minutes per side, or until done. Or, use this mixture in casseroles, meat loaves, for making sliders and such.
