Fish in Lemon and Citrus-Herb Butter

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 pound fresh fish, such as orange roughy, sea bass or talapia
juice of half a lemon
2-3 cloves grated fresh garlic
salt and pepper
parsley, basil, thyme or a mixture of herbs
the zest of a lemon, orange, and lime
1 teaspoon butter

Arrange the fish on a platter or a plate. Sprinkle with all of the ingredients. Loosely cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave 4-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish and serve.
Or, use same ingredients and pan grill, using one of the popular stove-top grills.
