Shirataki or Somen Noodle Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Shirataki pasta is made from the root of a plant called konnyaku imo.
Shirataki or Somen noodles, or thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
Cook and drain the noodles, following package directions. Place in serving bowl, and gently stir in the oil, green onions, water chestnuts, peanut sauce, salt and pepper. Shred the lettuce and cilantro, and toss in. Serve immediately, garnished with slivered radishes.
