Cranberry Filling for Chocolate Shells

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at

2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cranberry relish, or other jam or jelly

Whip the cream, blend in the sugar, and gently fold in the cheese. Swirl the relish or jam into the cream mixture, and chill. To serve, scoop some of this into prepared shells. A little messy for a big buffet, but a nice touch for a small get-together.
