Cranberry Filling for Chocolate ShellsFrom Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. 2 cups whipping cream, whipped Whip the cream, blend in the sugar, and gently fold in the cheese. Swirl the relish or jam into the cream mixture, and chill. To serve, scoop some of this into prepared shells. A little messy for a big buffet, but a nice touch for a small get-together.
