Hot Fudge Sauce

1/2 pound dark or milk chocolate (Guittard's is great!)
Combine the chocolate and the cream in a batter bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Stir to melt. Cool slightly, and then pour over your choice of hard ice cream.
