Basic Pasta Dough

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at For 1 pound

1 1/2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
2 large eggs

Using food processor with steel chopping blade in place, process for 30 seconds. If needed, add just a tiny bit of warm water or olive oil to make a ball. Do not add too much as it will be sticky. Let the machine run for about 30-45 seconds more to finish the kneading. Remove the dough to work surface and hand knead for a few seconds, until smooth and satiny. Proceed with the shaping.
