Fabulous Fruit Smoothies

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Add fresh fruits such as strawberries, grapes, oranges, etc. as desired.

FOR 1 SERVING:
3/4 - 1 cup orange, carrot, or other natural fruit juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt, if desired
1 small ripe banana
1-3 teaspoons spirulina powder, or up to 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Combine all ingredients in blender, or food processor. Blend well, serve.
