little red potatoes
Wash and trim potatoes. Place in a microwave safe bowl. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound of potatoes as a guide. When done, drizzle lightly with either basil or pepper flavored olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and serve. Try serving these with toothpicks inserted...a great snack. Can be dipped into grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese or salsa.
