Ground Turkey and Garlic Sauce

2-4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
In batter bowl, combine the oil, turkey, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, herbs, and Zip. Break up the turkey into small pieces. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir, and microwave another 2-4 minutes, or until meat is done. Add the tomatoes. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then on half power for 10 minutes. Serve with freshly cooked pasta, garnished with freshly grated cheese.
