Try the sweet potato and other vegetable chips, too. Great to do yam chips and serve with Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving! 1 package potato chips, your choice Melt the chocolate in a batter bowl in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Add another 20-30 seconds and then stir to melt. Dip the chips and place on waxed paper to harden. Serve as an accent to a bowl of ice cream or other creamy soft desserts.
