Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use thicker ones for best results, but any chips will work. Try the sweet potato and other vegetable chips, too.

1 package potato chips, your choice
1/2 - 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Melt the chocolate in a batter bowl in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Add another 20-30 seconds and then stir to melt. Dip the chips and place on waxed paper to harden. Serve as an accent to a bowl of ice cream or other creamy soft desserts. Great to take on a picnic as it always gets so much attention!
