Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use thicker ones for best results, but any chips will work. Try the sweet potato and other vegetable chips, too.
1 package potato chips, your choice
Microwave the chocolate in a batter bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another 20-30 seconds and then stir to melt. Dip the chips and place on waxed paper to harden. Serve as an accent to a bowl of ice cream or other creamy soft desserts.
