Chocolate Covered Potato Chips
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use thicker ones for best results, but any chips will work. Try the sweet potato and other vegetable chips, too. Great to do yam chips and serve with Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving!
1 package potato chips, your choice
1/2 - 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate in a batter bowl in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Add another 20-30 seconds and then stir to melt. Dip the chips and place on waxed paper to harden. Serve as an accent to a bowl of ice cream or other creamy soft desserts. Great to take on a picnic as it always gets so much attention!
