Ravioli of the Day

1/2 pound ground turkey
Prepare a good tomato pasta sauce. While it is cooking, brown the turkey in olive oil with the onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly. Make homemade pasta dough. Assemble ravioli and cook 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and serve, garnished with more cheese and basil.
