Place in glass or ceramic batter bowl, cover, and microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes. Set aside. Combine remaining 4 ingredients in glass measuring cup and whisk well. Heat wok and add about 2 tablespoons oil. Quickly stir and fry the meat, then add the vegetables and sauce ingredients. Stir and cook until sauce has thickened. Garnish and serve.
