1 pound beef steak, top round or sirloin, sliced thin and marinate in the following sauce:
While beef is marinating in first 5 ingredients, prepare the vegetables by slicing them on an angle. Place in glass or ceramic batter bowl, cover, and cook in microwave for 3-4 minutes. Set aside. Combine remaining 4 ingredients in glass measuring cup and whisk well. Heat wok or skillet and add about 2 - 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil. Quickly stir and fry the meat, then add the vegetables and sauce ingredients. Stir and cook until sauce has thickened. Garnish and serve.
