Fantasy Fudge Recipe

Fantasy Fudge

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup real butter
5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, milk in glass batter bowl. Microwave on high 8-11 minutes, or until a thermometer reaches 240 degrees. Or, bring to a boil in a saucepan, stirring, bring to temperature. Then stir in chocolate until melted, and then the marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour into greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares. Yields 3 pounds.
