Nut Clusters

1 pound Guittard’s coating and melting chocolate
2 cups roasted peanuts, or assorted nuts

Microwave chocolate in batter bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another 20-30 seconds, or until melted. Add the nuts, and drop by spoons onto waxed paper. Allow to harden at room temperature.
