Nutty Dark Chocolate Clusters

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Who ever could have predicted that in 2014 we would be eating dark chocolate with nuts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

1 package dark semi-sweet or unsweetened chocolate chips
1 - 2 cups raw nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistacchio, peanuts...etc)

Other additions as desired, such as dried cranberries, goji berries, raisins, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and more!

Put chocolate in glass or ceramic batter bowl. Melt in microwave 1 minute. Stir, adding another 30 seconds or until nicely melted. Add the nuts, and drop by spoons onto waxed paper. Allow to harden at room temperature. these can take on many shapes and sizes. It all depends on how you spread them out, or just let them be rounded dollops of chocolate. We are not supposed to call this candy anymore, it is a natural side dish to appetizers, salads, main dishes and more. Of course, it is really good with a dish of ice cream as well!
