1 pound small potatoes, cooked as desired
Use potatoes of choice. Steam, boil, roast or bake. To cook in microwave oven, rinse potatoes and place in glass or ceramic bowl with the salt and olive oil. Cover. Microwave on high about 5 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Place in serving bowl, with toothpicks for spearing if desired. In meantime, cook bacon and crumble well. If using the ham, simply slice into bite sized pieces. Place in a small serving dish, along with a dish of creme fraiche sprinkled with minced chives. Spear, dip, and eat!
