Molding Chocolates

1 pound Guittard’s coating chocolates, any color or flavor
plastic molds

Place the chocolate in a very dry bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir with a very dry spoon. Microwave another 15-20 seconds, or until melted. Pour the chocolate into molds, and tap them on the counter to release any air bubbles. Place in refrigerator to harden, about 15-20 minutes. It may take longer for the larger ones. Invert to release. Kids just love to make these.
