Banana Frozen Yogurt

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com.

2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
shredded or flaked coconut
mango slices, of other fresh berries

In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, combine bananas, sugar, honey and lemon juice. Process until bananas are pureed. Stir in milk and yogurt. Pour into in a bowl or small dishes. Freeze several hours or overnight. The bananas keep the mixture fairly smooth, so churning in ice cream maker is not really necessary, but you certainly can if you wish to do that! Either way, when nicely frozen serve with shredded coconut sprinkled over the top and fresh mango slices or berries on the side.
