Mint Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at This is perfect served with lamb.

1/2 cup cider or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup minced fresh mint leaves

In glass measuring cup, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Quickly add the minced parsley and mint leaves. Stir well, serve.
