Cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then on half-power for 5 minutes, or until prunes are cooked but not mushy. Add the port and allow to cool. Place in a jar with a tight fitting lid and chill thoroughly. Shortly before serving, fill the prunes with the nuts, or just serve them with some chopped nuts over the top.
