Green Green Salad of the Season with Grapes

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. The title is just a name, this gets changed everytime it is made.

lots of fresh local salad greens, washed, dried, and torn into small pieces
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar (balsamic is great!)
pinch of sea salt
pinch of sugar or honey
pinches of dried herbs or snipped fresh herbs
a small ball of fresh goat cheese, or other great quality cheese or not
fresh grapes
also toss in cocoa nibs, raw cashews, raw almonds, dried cranberries, salted soy nuts, sliced dried dates, fresh sliced strawberries etc etc etc

Tear the lettuce, do not cut with a knife. Place salad greens in a beautiful bowl. In a small measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegars, salt, and sugar. Drizzle over the greens and arrange the greens on individual salad plates. Serve with small pieces of cheese on the side sprinkled with the herbs. Or, just simply toss in everything and serve!
