Halloween White Chocolate

1 pound "White Satin", a Guittard's white chocolate
1-2 handfuls of spooky sours or other seasonal gummy candies

Place the white satin in a very dry batter bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir with a very dry spatula. Microwave another 10 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chocolate has melted properly, being careful to not over-heat as white satin tends to burn faster. When melted, stir in the chopped up candies and drop onto waxed paper or spread into one large block. When hardened, break up into chunks and serve.
