Filled Chocolate Boxes, etc.

3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
First create several chocolate boxes or line attractive dishes with melted chocolate and allow to harden. Set aside. In a batter bowl, combine the chocolate and half and half. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir to melt completely and set aside until slightly cooled. In meantime, whip the cream until thick, but not stiff. Whip in the powdered sugar and/or coffee. Take care not to over-whip. Fold this into the chocolate mixture and spoon into the chocolate containers. Chill until serving.
