Salmon Dip

one 12-16 oz. can of red salmon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
dill relish
hot pepper sauce (try Scorned Woman Hot Sauce)
small amount of smoked salmon
NevaBetta crackers

Drain canned salmon and remove bones. In mixing bowl combine salmon, mayonnasie, relish, and pepper sauce. Add small amount of smoked salmon, blend and serve.
