Grapes with Stilton
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Wonderful Stilton cheese from England is perfect with this, as well as any other fabulous blue cheese from all over the world! Use local cheeses when possible, and with California grapes when in season.
Wash and cut large grapes in half and brush out the seeds, if desired. Place a small heaping dollop of Stilton cheese on each half. Top with a walnut half, if desired.
