From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
dark chocolate bar, about 3-4 oz total
3 eggs
1/4 cup raw sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup or Hawaiian honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla paste
sliced bananas for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using food processor with steel chopping blade in place, coarsely chop the nuts and chocolate. Sprinkle over the bottom of 8 or 9 inch pie dish or baking dish. In batter bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and salt very well. Add syrup or honey, butter and vanilla and pour into macadamia dish. Bake 30- 35 minutes or until mixture is set and golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes, or chill and serve cold. Serve with sliced bananas.
