Orange Glaze

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use any sweet dessert wine or liqueur instead of the orange juice, if desired.

2 cups powdered sugar (organic is best)
zest of one orange
orange juice to make a dripping glaze, about 1 tablespoon

Whirl the powdered sugar and zest in food processor with steel chopping blade in place, adding enough juice to make a runny glaze. Drizzle over cakes or other desserts.
