For an Asian flair, use canned and drained lychee fruit. 1 cup yogurt, strained several hours Place the yogurt in a yogurt strainer over a bowl and allow to stand several hours in refrigerator to drain away most of the liquids. Discard liquid. Whirl the yogurt, bananas, maple syrup and lemon juice in a blender or food processor to make a fluffy puree. Arrange the yogurt mixture alternately with the berries in beautiful parfait or other stemmed glasses. Serve immediately. Top with the crushed toffee candies.
