Green Beans and Sesame Seeds

1 pound young green beans, stemmed but with the tender green tip intact
Wash and stem the beans. Heat the water in a saute pan with a lid. When the water is just beginnning to boil, quickly add the beans, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook, covered and do not peek, for 3 minutes. Then remove from heat, drain if necessary, and toss with remaining ingredients. Good hot, warm, room temperature, or chilled!
