Smoked Chicken Pieces

2 chicken thighs, skinned
2 chicken breasts, skinned
liberal sprinklings of Mansmith's Grilling Spice
liberal sprinklings of Sweet Hungarian Paprika

1 disposable oven smoking bag, mesquite flavor

Place seasoned chicken pieces into the bag. Roll it shut and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Carefully unwrap and serve.
