Curry and Cream Cheese Spread

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at A combination of many flavors from just about all of the continents. Serve over ice, and you can include Antarctica!

4 oz. cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
1 tablespoon raisins, chopped
1 tablespoon diced salami
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon good quality curry powder
1 - 2 tablespoons chutney
2 tablespoons shreaded coconut

Soften cream cheese and add mayonnaise, peanuts, raisins, salami, green onion and curry powder. Form into a ball and press into a serving bowl. Pour chutney on top, spread around. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve with crackers or bread slices.
