Cathedral Windows

1 pound good quality white chocolate
2 cups miniature marshmallows, colored

Melt the chocolate and stir in the marshmallows. On waxed paper, shape the mixture into logs or rolls, and roll up, twisting the ends and edges to hold the chocolate in the log shape. Refrigerate until hard, about 1 hour or more. Slice with a sharp knife into rounds.
