Put heavy cast iron pan or glass dish 10 1/2 by 3 inches in a 425 degrees oven for 10 minutes. In meantime, beat eggs, honey, milk, and salt. Add flour and beat until smooth. Remove pan from oven and put in butter, as it melts put in batter. Bake 25 minutes. Serve with fresh or canned peaches, honey, and powdered sugar.
