From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use a combination of ground meats to vary the flavor and texture of this basic sausage recipe.
1 pound ground beef, pork, lamb, or turkey
In a bowl combine the ground meat, parsley, onions, chopped garlic, and seasonings. You can always add more seasonings, as desired. Shape into patties, adding some flour if needed. Coat each patty with oat bran or flour. Heat olive oil in a skillet, and saute the patties just until browned on both sides and done throughout.
