Peanut Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Use this wonderful sauce as a dip for so many things from so many cuisines!

1/3 cup roasted salted peanuts
2-3 cloves garlic
1 small knob fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons white or rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons tahini paste
3/4 teaspoon chili hot oil, or crushed red pepper flakes to your taste
4 tablespoons (approximately) brewed tea

In food processor with steel chopping blade in place chop the peanuts, garlic and ginger quite fine but yet with some texture. Add remaining ingredients, adding just enough of the tea to make a proper dipping consistency, whirling to mix well. Serve as a dipping sauce for vegetables or egg rolls, etc.
