Stilton Appetizers

1 tube refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, especially good with Stilton
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter, and add the cheese. Dip each quarter of biscuit into the mixture. Place on a baking sheet that has an edge and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
