Garlic Cheese Nachos

2-3 heads of roasted garlic, squeezed out of the skins
Squeeze the buttery garlic out of each skin and place in a bowl. Stir in the olive oil and snipped basil, adding salt and pepper as desired. Set aside. Arrange the chips on a baking sheet for the oven, or a microwave safe platter or plate if heating in the microwave. Sprinkle with the Parmigiano cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for several minutes, or for 30-45 seconds if using the microwave until the cheese gets hot and starts to melt a little. Place the dish of dip in the center and serve.
