Garlic Cheese Nachos

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

2-3 heads of roasted garlic, squeezed out of the skins
1-2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, or more as desired
2 - 10 leaves fresh basil, finely snipped (make it how you want it!)
1 bag natural white corn chips
1/2 cup or so freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Squeeze the buttery garlic out of each skin and place in a bowl. Stir in the olive oil and snipped basil, adding salt and pepper as desired. Set aside. Arrange the chips on a baking sheet for the oven, or a microwave safe platter or plate if heating in the microwave. Sprinkle with the Parmigiano cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for several minutes, or for 30-45 seconds if using the microwave until the cheese gets hot and starts to melt a little. Place the dish of dip in the center and serve.
