Lance's Blueberry Veal Creation

1 cup blueberries
6 tablespoons orange juice
6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vermouth
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

1 pound veal medallion
salt and pepper to your taste
3 teaspoons butter

Put first 7 ingredients in bowl to mingle 1-2 hours. Brown meat with butter; add berry mixture and cook until slightly thickened. Garnish and serve.
