Tri-Tip Super Sandwich

Season tri-tip liberally with Mansmith's Grilling Spice. Barbecue slowly. Slice French bread in half horizontally. Grill bread, dip in melted butter and sprinkle with Mansmith's Garlic Stuff. Slice tri-tip very thin, lay in garlic bread. Add anything else you want, such as onions, roasted garlic, tomatoes. Cut to make 6-8 servings.
