1 carton plain yogurt
Put yogurt in a yogurt strainer or cheesecloth bag and suspend over another bowl. Refrigerate for 3-4 days so that the liquids will drip out. Discard liquids. Spread the strained yogurt cheese on toasts, crackers, or bread slices. Drizzle with the hot chili honey and enjoy.
