Jello As Jello with Whipped Cream

1 package any flavor Jello
1 water
1 cup cold water
whipping cream, whipped

Put the contents of the Jello box into a batter bowl, reserving out about 1/2 teaspoon. Add the 1 cup water and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir to dissolve all of the particles, and then add the cold water. Pour into a mold and refrigerate several hours until firm. Whip the cream, adding the reserved bit of Jello, if desired. Serve dolloped on the dessert.
