Tofu DipFrom Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve with raw vegetables. It is also wonderful with cooked prawns! 8 oz. firm tofu, drained very well In food processor, whirl the tofu until smooth, and then add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve as a dip with more of the vegetables cut into interesting shapes. This was served at my house at one of my Amazing Grazing dinner parties with cooked prawns for the dippers.
