Tofu Dip

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve with raw vegetables. It is also wonderful with cooked prawns!

8 oz. firm tofu, drained very well
3-4 radishes
2-3 green onions
1 carrot
1 avocado
2 teaspoons Sweet Bean Sauce or light soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
dashes of hot chili oil, to your taste
freshly ground pepper

slices of fresh vegetables for dippers (carrots, broccoli, celery, jicama, etc)

In food processor, whirl the tofu until smooth, and then add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve as a dip with more of the vegetables cut into interesting shapes. This was served at my house at one of my Amazing Grazing dinner parties with cooked prawns for the dippers. It was a big hit paired with chardonnay.
