Vegetable Sandwich Spread or Dip

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve with raw vegetables, or use as a spread for sandwiches, etc. It is also wonderful as a dip with cooked prawns!

4 oz. firm tofu, drained very well
2 radishes, cut in quarters
2 green onions, cut into chunks
1 small to medium carrot, cut into chunks
1 small ripe avocado, pit and peeling removed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
dashes of hot chili oil, to your taste
freshly ground pepper

slices of fresh vegetables for dippers (carrots, broccoli, celery, jicama, etc)

In food processor, whirl the tofu until smooth, and then add the remaining ingredients, chopping and processing until smooth. Serve as a dip with more of the vegetables cut into interesting shapes. Also use for a sandwich spread instead of mayonnaise for variety.
